Yes, According to the California state law, starting in 2018, all boat drivers under 20 years of age will have to acquire a boating license.

Can I register for classes on an hourly basis?
Yes. However, there is a 3 hour minium.
What is the cancellation policy?
With 2 weeks written notice, 75% of the fee will be refunded.
